How do i change my User INterface as shown in this SS??

Pretty darn cool though. Sure would be nice if we had the power to skin the interface elements...

DAoC lets players create XML interfaces like that and more. Guild create their own guild-themed interfaces, etc.

Guild Wars should step up and let us create interfaces.

Everquest does too. Sometimes it was almost as fun creating GUI's as it was playing. lol
